Order and delivery terms
Jalonom Oy (business id 24065941) sells investment gold products to private persons of legal age in Finland.
Investment gold is free of VAT in Finland (VAT 43 a §).
The selling prices of VAT taxable products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees. The products in the webshop are updated several times a minute according to gold world market price, the spot price.
Ordering Products are ordered from the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. Customer data is handled confidentially, and contact information provided in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or resolving any ambiguities that may arise. Permission for marketing is requested separately. By ordering from the online store, you are assumed to have read and committed to the current terms of delivery.
Jalonom reserves the right to cancel the order if it is not possible to sell the products due to exceptional circumstances. These exceptional circumstances may include e.g. a system malfunction for which the product prices in the webshop no longer correlate with the actual price, problems of delivery - e.g. problems in availability of the products or a world market state of emergency which radically changes the gold price.
In case of a state of emergency, Jalonom will contact the customer, agree on new terms or return the paid amount to the customer in full.
The buyer commits to providing Jalonom with the necessary information regarding the origin of funds and customer identification data to the extent appropriate for Jalonom to implement customer due diligence procedures in accordance with the law on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. If the buyer refuses to provide this information satisfactorily, or if Jalonom refuses to make the sale for the aforementioned reasons, Jalonom has the right to cancel the purchase and return the purchase price.
Payment Service Provider All data transfer and money transactions are SSL-protected, meaning that no external party can view your information. The payment intermediary and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The company's operations are subject to supervision by the Financial Supervisory Authority (Fiva). The use of the service does not require registration or payment of additional fees. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your account statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. After placing a successful order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In addition, you will receive a confirmation of payment from the payment transmission service you chose.
To receive a confirmation, you are required to provide an e-mail address when placing your order.
We deliver orders to the nearest Matkahuolto office as registered mail, you can win by sending. All shipments are insured. The order can also be picked up at our fixed offices.
Our normal delivery time in Finland is 1-7 days depending on the order and method of delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. Abnormal delivery times will be notified on the frontpage of the webshop.
Right of Exchange and Return Investment products do not have a right of exchange or return.
If the product is lost or damaged in transport or it is not what you ordered, you should report the error within 7 days to Jalonom customer service by calling: +358 9 512 7298 or via e-mail to asiakaspalvelu@jalonom.fi and to the transportation company in question.
If the package was damaged in the post, you must make a complaint to the post office immediately.
