We now offer our customers a sealed safe custody service for precious metals and bullion products in our burglar-proof and fireproof safe. We keep precious metals and bullion products in a monitored secure premises and are insured to their full value.
You can buy precious metals and bullion products easily from our online store, via telephone, or in-store. You can select the sealed safe custody service as the delivery method in the online store or arrange a storage service with our customer service team.
You can also bring precious metals and bullion products purchased elsewhere in for storage in our storage facilities. We inspect precious metals and bullion products purchased elsewhere before storing them.
Precious metals and bullion products can be collected from the sealed safe free of charge during business hours.
Suppose you would like to sell your precious metals and bullion products held in our storage facilities. In that case, we can sell them directly without delivery delays no matter where you are in the world.
FEES
- Access fee 0€
- Annual storage fee: 0.79% of the value of the precious metals and bullion products as at the date of the invoice at world market prices. Minimum yearly fee 50€
- Sales order 0€
- Customer service pick-up 0€
- Inspection of precious metals and bullion products purchased elsewhere: 35€ per inspection, plus 0.1% of the value of the precious metals and bullion products on the day of inspection
- Invoices are sent once every 3 months
